Welcome to ManasAstro. By using this website and app (together, "the Service"), you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain words, like everything else here.

1. What the Service is — and is not

ManasAstro computes Vedic astrology charts (kundli, panchang, dashas, transits) from the birth details you provide, and generates readings using classical Jyotish rules and our own AI model.

Guidance is reflective, not predictive. Readings are offered for self-reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment. They are not statements of fact about your future, and they are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, or financial. Never delay or replace consultation with a qualified professional because of anything you read here.

As a matter of firm policy, the Service will not produce predictions about death, longevity, disease, pregnancy outcomes, the gender of children, or the outcome of legal proceedings — classically framed or otherwise. Requests for such content are declined by design.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you enter another person's birth details, you confirm you are entitled to do so.

3. Your content and identity

The Service uses device-based identity (see our Privacy Policy) — no account or login. You are responsible for the device and browser that holds your owner token: anyone with access to that browser profile can see the charts on it. Clearing your browser data removes your access to those charts permanently; we cannot restore them.

4. Free questions, credits, and payments

The Service includes a number of free questions per device. Beyond those, questions may require paid credits, sold at the price and pack sizes shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; by purchasing you also accept Razorpay's terms.

• Credits are tied to the purchasing device's owner token and are non-transferable.
• Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
• Refunds: if a technical failure on our side consumes a credit without delivering a reading, or you are charged without credits being added, contact us via the feedback page within 7 days and we will restore the credits or refund the payment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to break, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape or bulk-download content; use the Service to harass anyone or to generate content about a person without their consent; or resell readings as your own service.

6. Intellectual property

The ManasAstro name, mark, design, software, and the text of generated readings remain our property. Your birth details, questions, and journal entries remain yours. You may share your own readings freely with attribution.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it up and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including pricing for future purchases) at any time. Astrological calculations follow the sidereal (Lahiri) convention; minor differences from other calculators' conventions are not defects.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions you take based on readings — see Section 1.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
